In January 2020, Catherine Crews was facing several challenges in her business. The primary challenges Catherine faced were centered around leadership development and scaling her business to incorporate additional revenue streams. Ensuring that all operational spaces maintained proper profit margins was crucial for sustained growth.

She knew she needed to establish more structure to managing day-to-day operations while maximizing revenue streams. She needed a plan.

When Catherine met with her advisor, they developed a roadmap.

A pivotal aspect of the plan was empowering her management team through direct collaboration with her advisor. This involved coordinating further development and education opportunities, allowing the team to thrive independently. As a result, Catherine transitioned from direct day-to-day operational involvement and adopted a more strategic role as a director and a sounding board for the leadership.

A systematic approach was established, with clear goals and budgets outlined for monthly, quarterly, and annual benchmarks in 2023, and the groundwork laid for 2024.
