Morgan helped one client create a strategy for a licensed business model, and in less than two years, the owner went from one physical location to four, with three more on the way. She helped another client build a five-year exit strategy, which opened up new opportunities for growth. Pulling out of the daily operations, Morgan’s client scaled the business by recruiting new talent, which enhanced revenue, production, and company value.
When the owner of a coffee shop wanted to pursue additional business opportunities, Morgan introduced a middle management layer, creating a functional organization chart for growth. Building roles and responsibilities for each current and future team member, she helped her client establish an onboarding system to increase retention, streamline operations, and serve more customers. The result gave the owner time to step away and focus on a second arm of the business, which is opening soon.
Morgan was a D1 college scholarship athlete and retains a love/hate relationship with running and rowing. Although born and raised on the East Coast, she absorbed a West Coast vibe while living in San Diego during her formative adult years. Morgan finally settled down on the third coast (Chicago), where she gives back to the community by advising a local non-profit and serving as area chairperson for economic development. Morgan is learning to play the trumpet and enjoys travel and exploration with her amazing family.
