“Business is about numbers and people. Your data tells the story, your people write the next chapter—and your vision determines how it ends.”
—Matt Fox, Partner at Cultivate Advisors

This depth of experience equips Matt to:
- Analyze a business financially and align strategy to drive results
- Build leadership teams that operate through performance culture and data-driven decision making
- Help owners gain financial clarity across all areas of their business
- Develop future leaders to sustain growth and scale effectively
- Structure businesses for value, freedom, and optionality
