Tina decided to join Cultivate Advisors when she saw how passionate and knowledgeable they were in their field. She saw an opportunity to learn, grow, and spend time with experienced team members.
During her time as an advisor, Tina came alongside business owners to talk through and solve their problems. She helped them come up with unique answers tailored to their business.
Although Tina still advises a small set of business owners, she saw a new opportunity to pursue her passion for finances and is now the Strategic Finance Director at Cultivate.
During her time as a business owner, Tina learned to dial in her finances to achieve her goals. She is not afraid to dig into the details and ensure everything makes sense financially. She can see the big picture, work backward, and tie financials to it.
While working with a profitable multimillion-dollar business, Tina used her skills to uncover the company’s real financial situation. She helped the owner eliminate $280,000 in expenses and collect several million dollars in unpaid invoices. With her aid, the owner was able to run a much more profitable business and successfully exit his business just two years later.
Tina loves taking big goals and making them a reality with financial planning here at Cultivate.
Tina’s hobbies include her two children, golf, and anything outside when not working. Although her current home is in Wisconsin, her ultimate goal is to live by the ocean.
