Stephanie spent two years doing hands-on and remote training, supervising, and advising a dozen NGO heads. With her help, they achieved results that they did not think were possible.

Stephanie has a degree in accounting and deep experience in financial planning and analysis, allowing her to provide her clients with practical advice. She has gone through the entire acquisition process from finding a buyer through closing and can provide insights into a successful exit.
She helps her clients make sound business decisions grounded in research and facts rather than fear. She provides her clients with a sounding board and advisor to guide them as they strategize, troubleshoot, and move through the process of growing their business, recruiting the right people, positioning team members effectively, and getting their time back as an owner.
Stephanie is passionate about helping owners with a vision that includes giving back to the community meaningfully as well as those from underrepresented groups including women, people of color, and LGBTQ entrepreneurs. She offers creative problem-solving, helps clients understand their numbers, and builds a powerhouse team.
When she’s not working, Stephanie is happy to call Las Vegas home and she enjoys family dinner every Sunday. She also loves to read and do jigsaw puzzles and has a mild obsession with sloths. Her rescue dog Snickers is her happy place.
