Rudy Franco has done it all over his impressive 25-year career. From overseeing over $20 million in revenue in the retail automotive industry to a decade in the media and entertainment industry responsible for $100 million in revenue to starting and successfully selling a full-service Mexican cuisine restaurant, there are few things he hasn’t done. 

Now, Rudy wants to pass on his experience and insights to help other business owners have the same success. He knows the thrill and stress that comes with starting and running an organization. Having started his own business, he has experienced the same questions and pain points that keep most owners up at night and has the answers to help give them peace of mind.

Rudy worked with his client’s team to form the legal entity structure, design the company business plan and financial modeling, and helped create and implement company SOPs for each department. Although born and raised in Southern California, Rudy spent a few years as a teenager living in Mexico. As a result, he speaks and reads Spanish fluently. When not helping his clients, Rudy plays golf every chance he gets. It gives him the space he needs to reflect and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
