As a serial entrepreneur, Roy’s most recent business venture was an upscale casual Vancouver restaurant launched in 2013. While serving locally acclaimed brunches and offering a bronze-awarded wine list, Roy grew the business from $750K to $2.5M in the first three years. In 2016 Roy worked to remove himself from daily operations at the restaurant and opened his own consulting firm, helping small businesses navigate the ever-changing landscape of business. And in 2019, he joined the team at Cultivate Advisors.
