As a multi-business owner, Jeremy understands the wild variance of emotions of running your own small company. He’s experienced the exhilaration, frustration, and everything in-between through his entrepreneurial journey.

Jeremy’s entrepreneurial focus has been two-pronged: set a long-term strategy to win, and build amazing teams to execute it. In his first foray into the world of business ownership, he and his partner refined the systems and processes of a very mature cleaning business to facilitate incredible growth, enjoying a topline increase of 43% and 32% growth in profitability within the first 18 months. With some newfound and hard-earned confidence in hand, he then co-founded an addiction recovery program. In less than two years, it grew from $0 to $2 million in revenue and continues to grow and create a significant impact for clients, their families, the teams that support them, and the shareholders. He has since been involved in several more ventures in retail, education, real estate, and software.

Under his direction, Jeremy’s team of advisors and their portfolio of clients work through setting goals and operating through complicated challenges to stay focused on sustainable growth. Between Jeremy’s experience as an owner, a consultant at Bain & Company, and business operations and HR leadership at Yahoo, he has the expertise to help clients plan, grow, execute and pivot as needed.

While business owners have challenges across all functions, their pain points most often come down to time, people, and money. With Jeremy’s help, they can improve profitability, efficiency, and team member growth. He tailors his approach to meet the needs of his clients and provides clarity in both finances and communication across the organization. Jeremy is passionate about helping entrepreneurs understand their ultimate “why.” He enables them to pinpoint their goals and partners with them to make them a reality.

When not working, Jeremy cherishes his roles as husband, father, friend, son, and uncle…at least most of the time. He sings and plays the guitar, bass, and ukulele and even has two full albums of original music. Before receiving his MBA from UCLA, Jeremy was focused on the creative arts, with a BS in Film from Northwestern University and having spent several years in film and television advertising. 

Jeremy’s also an avid traveler, and especially loves Disney theme parks. He once went to all four parks at Walt Disney World in one day as part of a team-building exercise he designed. 

His feet still hurt.
