“Jeff began his entrepreneurial journey at 25, co-founding a Managed Print business in Chicago with his best friend since kindergarten. Over 23 successful years, they grew the company before selling it to a competitor.

In his role as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Cultivate Advisors, he collaborates with Financial Advisors, Business Brokers, M&A Advisors, and Business Owners to help quantify and increase enterprise value, creating greater outcomes for all stakeholders.
Jeff specializes in helping professionals assess the current value of their businesses, identify key growth levers, and develop strategies to be exit-ready—whether they plan to sell or simply want a stronger, more resilient business.
In addition to his work at Cultivate, Jeff is a co-founder of Bridge The Gap, a communication training and coaching company he launched with his wife. He’s also the founder of Coherence Labs, a resilience and flow state coaching company dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock optimal performance and create positive outcomes in both business and life.”
