Hayden understands the power of good business to improve the world. At 24, he co-founded Liquid I.V., a wellness company with patented technology to help consumers feel better, faster. 

 In less than six years, the company’s revenue grew from $0 to $23 million and continued to experience exponential growth. In 2020, Liquid I.V. was successfully acquired by Unilever and is now in more than 30,000 stores nationwide.

However, Hayden wanted to do more than simply run a successful business. As Chief Giveback Officer, he established the framework for Liquid I.V.’s giveback mission. Under his leadership, they delivered more than 22 million servings of their patented hydration technology to those in need with the company’s one-to-one giveback pledge.

Hayden took this passion and started advising at a startup called Craftmix, but he wanted to do more. Because of Hayden’s impressive track record with clients, he received the World Class Net Promoter award from Cultivate for maintaining a high score with clients. In 2021, his client NuSkool Snacks received an award for the 2nd highest revenue growth year-over-year among all Cultivate clients.

In addition to working at Cultivate, Hayden is passionate about golf, fly fishing, soccer, lacrosse, skiing, and the 49ers. It was his dream to live in Lake Tahoe, NV, and he was able to make that dream come true last year.
