Cody Muenster has stood out as an innovative, high-energy entrepreneur in several different industries, and his diverse background allows him to connect effectively as a Cultivate Advisor. At 19, Cody launched a College Pro Painters franchise and provided oversight to twelve employees. In two summers, the franchise reached over $300,000 in sales. He went on to co-found Saving Cash Magazine, an advertising/marketing company that had over 200 customers and did seven figures in sales. He also founded Passing Leads, a professional networking organization which served over 100 businesses.

Cody has a knack for helping owners get crystal clear on their goals to help them craft a tailored strategy and actionable plan to achieve those objectives.

As an advisor, he ensures his clients have access to the resources they need while he provides the motivation and accountability required to stay on track. As a result, Cody has helped multiple clients achieve massive growth. He helped one owner triple his company, prioritize family time and take a week off every month. Another client doubled his income, opened his own practice, and still makes time for his favorite hobbies. In fact, 67% of Cody’s clients have experienced double-digit profit growth, many have cut working hours in half, and some have hit their 5-year goals in 12 months.

As a Cultivate Advisor, Cody values the supportive culture and endless opportunities to grow and impact businesses. He believes if you “add massive value and light up other people’s lives, you can attain anything.” When he’s not busy doing this, he pursues a healthy lifestyle, enjoys camping at the lake with his wife and two kids, and cheers on the Green Bay Packers and other Wisconsin sports teams.
