Angi Semler Welch is a holistic small business advisor that provides her clients with the big picture focus they need to start reaching their goals. She has a wealth of experience and uses her expertise to help owners of service-based businesses identify areas of opportunity.

During her time as founder and president of Jumpdog Marketing, Angi specialized in holistic marketing to help businesses grow. She used her skills to assess the big picture of where a company was and where the owner wanted to take it. She then created and executed a marketing strategy to help clients reach their goals.

With rare exception, she helps her clients strengthen their own financial acumen, showing them how to use their data and numbers to make financially sound decisions. This includes creating monthly forecasts, reviewing financials regularly, understanding the story the numbers are telling, and identifying areas for improvement.

Angi lives on the Gulf Coast of Florida with her husband, young daughter, and their crazy canine. When not working at Cultivate, she loves running, kayaking, walking on the beach, and being outside. She is an avid reader, loves to travel, and hopes that one day, she’ll be able to become fluent in French. She is also the Membership Chair for the Sanibel Captiva Business Women’s Association (SCBWA).
