Serial entrepreneur and business owner Aggie Chydzinski has a knack for helping owners recognize opportunities and propel an idea into a sustainable, scalable business. Before starting her own consulting firm in 2012, Aggie had a unique history of growing and scaling companies in fields as diverse as technology, sales, marketing, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, fitness, lifestyle, and retail.

Aggie spent nine years leading one of the top 25 U.S. technology incubators and helped start over 200 small businesses. At the same time, Aggie juggled founding and operating her janitorial company which was acquired within two years. She also led the scaling and growth of a woman-owned, historic artisan snack business. Leading and strengthening the team, she boosted efficiency, increased revenue and lowered operating expenses.

Aggie is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs. When she first joined Cultivate Advisors, she developed her own creative style of building relationships. Now, she enjoys a loyal, diverse, expanding client base. Sensing each client’s unique values and needs, Aggie helps owners with finances, sales, operations, and leadership issues. They find her smart, empathetic coaching transformative to their business. One client put Aggie’s practical advice into practice and tripled her revenue within a month. As she guides women entrepreneurs, Aggie has found the intelligent and accomplished pool of Cultivate Advisors a valuable and supportive community.

Aggie is originally from Poland, grew up in France, and moved to the U.S. in 2003. A naturalized immigrant, she is trilingual and understands an additional handful of languages. Aggie has a culturally diverse background that gives her an edge wherever she goes. She lives in Denver with her wife Cveta, daughter Aleksandra and their 14-year-old Golden-Collie, who join her on frequent family adventures.
