Frequently asked questions
The details, before you commit.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and available to your cohort. Attendance is required because each meeting builds on the last, and peer accountability is an important part of the value. If an unavoidable conflict comes up, your advisor will help you stay aligned and catch up on the work you missed.
Is this right for a newer business?
It can be. If you are generating revenue and focused on building a strong foundation, the program can meet you where you are. The structure is consistent while still allowing the work to be applied to different stages of growth.
How is this different from a course or peer group?
A course gives you content. A peer group gives you community. 3X combines both with a dedicated Cultivate Advisor who brings structure, expertise, and accountability. You leave with a plan specific to your business, not a general framework.
What if a cohort launch is delayed?
Your enrollment is protected for up to 12 months. If the delay extends beyond that period, you receive a full refund.
How many owners are in each cohort?
Between seven and ten. Cohorts are intentionally small so every owner receives real attention and the group stays focused.
What happens if I miss meetings or leave early?
Enrollment reserves your place and access to advisor support, curriculum, and resources for the full six-month term. Because of this, all contracted payments remain due regardless of attendance or early withdrawal.
What happens after the six months?
You finish with a three-year plan, a financial foundation, and a clear set of priorities. Most graduates continue one-on-one with a Cultivate Advisor, and that option is available at the end of the program.
