How It Works
3X follows a 1-year schedule where you meet twice per month with your cohort and 3X Advisor for 2 hours each session. In the first half of the program, you’ll focus on mastering the core curriculum and building a 3-year plan for your business. In the second half of the program, we will continue intensive small group advising to reinforce the initial learning, implement your plan, and track your progress.
To get the most out of 3X, you’ll want to allocate 2-3 hours of independent work per week. Taking this time to commit to your development is what will help you propel your business to the next level.

What to Expect
A Set Curriculum
Over the course of six months, you will meet twice a month with a dedicated cohort of owners. Your leader will work with you to validate your vision, set goals, create a revenue plan, create a cash flow proforma, and develop a sales and marketing strategy for growth. Each session you’ll be responsible for completing work outside of your sessions to help you 3X your business.
Accountability
If you’ve ever set a goal with a partner, you know how helpful it is to have them push you when you want to quit. In this program, your facilitating Advisor will be holding you accountable to push through each meeting and help you set achievable goals.
Access to a Community
You’ll meet and create lasting connections with other members of your 3X cohort. You’ll be able to network and get advice from your cohort, including the facilitating Advisor that will engage with you to help mentor you along the way.
Additional Resources
In addition, you’ll gain access to our vast library of additional training courses and toolkits on everything from Impactful Communication to Rockstar Recruiting to Personal Productivity. You can take the training at your own pace alongside the toolkits and resources provided in your 3X advisory meetings.
