Joining 3X has been a rewarding experience. Angi Semler and Spike McDougall have been amazing advisors who have helped me to get clarity on business sales, financials, marketing, and more. I am so grateful for Angi's clear course instruction and she is very responsive to any questions. Angi helped me to turn on the light in the process of business organization. Spike has been very helpful and key in my email marketing and messaging process. His expertise has helped me to close sales. It's worth it to invest in the 3x program to grow your business. I've just completed the 6-month 3X Business Bootcamp through Cultivate and I'm really happy with how it went (I just signed on for the 6 month continuation). I think this is a great way for smaller-sized businesses to benefit from a business consultant in a cost-effective way. Angi, our advisor, was a great facilitator and really took the time to get to know and help each individual business owner in our cohort. One of the things I appreciated the most was how the program gave us a framework for decision-making in our businesses. I feel so much more confident now that I know what data to look at and questions to ask when I'm making decisions. I also really like how the program integrates our personal goals and vision with our professional one - there is more to our lives than just owning a business and I feel like this bootcamp gave me the tools to look at how my business integrates with my life and figure out what I want from both. I've been singing the praises of this program to a LOT of my fellow business owner friends!

Working with Angi from Cultivate has really helped me have more clarity on the most important thing in any business... the numbers! I tend to focus more on the creative part of my business but when it comes to numbers, it's something that I've always had a hard time with and working with her has helped me understand where I'm at and what to work towards!

The 3x program with Cultivate advisors was Amazing!! This 6 week program focused on Financials, Sales, and Marketing really helped me focus on the needs of my business. Though I have been in business for 12 years, this class was perfect timing for me. Ive always struggled as a business owner prioritizing my business needs. This class really helped me with that. Now I know specifically the numbers I need to hit and the money I need to make to live my dream life. All while having a savings and a Cash threshold in the bank. (Yes I know what Cash threshold is now! :) I also learned the importance of time management to make sure I set aside the necessary time to grow my businesses. This course was eye opening. Incredibly helpful for anyone who is starting the business or runs the business already, yet needs tips how to grow revenues/ company's profit/ how to work less yet with more impact. Cultivate Advisors' 3X Program is phenomenal! My partner and I were hesitant to enroll because we were still in the process of developing our business and did not have actual financials to assess; however, I'm glad we made the leap and enrolled. Angi Welch was my advisor, and I just completed the program yesterday. I have to say that this was pure gold with info I never knew before, and I had lots of aha moments that really opened my eyes to things I never took the time that were happening and not happening in my business. Angi was super patient as I bombarded with many questions, and she was there to answer everything I was trying to understand. The recordings are there for me and my group to look at and get refreshed if I need to get the info again if needed. The program was very worth it and I enjoyed every moment. I learned a lot and will apply it to my business, it was a game changer that I don't usually have this access to because it's personalized for each business. Thank you Angi :) Joelle

After finishing the 3X program, I have had time to reflect on how much I would use the skill sets I've acquired. The resources I have been able to refer back to from the program have been everything I've needed for so long. I feel confident about my prices going forward for the New Year thanks to the Price Per Unit Calculator. I am currently transitioning my long term clients into monthly memberships and even changed my sales approach to training as a longer term agreement (months instead of "x" amount of sessions) for long term results! Angi, thank you again for everything, this experience was truly invaluable for me. 3X has challenged me to grow and evolve even more as a business owner. I am very happy I invested my time and energy into this program. Highly recommend you do the same if you are considering it!

I graduated from the 3X program in late 2023. It made an immediate impact in my business specifically in understanding my financials to support a price increase effective immediately that impacted my Q4 sales substantially. I also found a simple module covering productivity to be incredibly helpful in managing my time better. I am a third year business owner with a six figure business and no employees.
