Peer Development Meetings

Each month, your network joins our video platform for a microburst training and followed by a breakout session. After training, franchisees are broken into small groups for a peer-to-peer discussion to share better practices and work through business challenges. These peer-to-peer discussions force franchisees to think critically about the roadblocks in their business and help them to understand what levers need to be pulled to move the business forward.

Best Practice Reports

We record best practices from each PDM which can be leveraged for cross-training within the network. Internally we use this report to understand the needs of the network and build curriculums that address the key challenges holding owners back from explosive growth.

Roadmap Planning Meetings

As an outside voice, we help your franchisees build a 5-year growth plan. Members of your network can meet one-on-one with an advisor, at no cost, to break down a plan of attack and create a framework on how to achieve their initiatives.

Operational Strategy Sessions

We will set up touchpoints with your staff members to help strategize and connect on best practices for specific franchisees. Your Advisor will help bring findings and opportunities to the table for specific franchisees that our firm has worked with. This creates a true partnership designed to drive performance.

1-on-1 Coaching for Support Staff

We bring in a Vice President who oversees our advisors into your organization to help skill up your operational team through 1-on-1 coaching.

Each staff member enrolled will experience an 8-month program focused on how to coach franchisees through a consistent meeting system. Our VP’s sit in on their live events once a month and have frequent checkpoints to support and hold tension on the individuals’ needed changes.

This provides the most value for staff:

  • Struggling to gain owners’ buy-in or engagement
  • Inexperienced in business advising but strong in technical skills
  • Lacking systems and structures to coach owners to next level
  • Looking to bring in outside perspective to help develop the team

Leveraged Solution for Best Practice Sharing

Similar to Peer Development Meetings, but designed to drive a set curriculum for a specific group of individuals working together consistently.

One of our advisors works with each group to ensure value. This service is custom for each group as we will use an assortment of virtual and in-person events. We have designed programs to be at the expense of the franchisor, franchisee as well as a co-op between both.
