Steve founded a marketing company that began as a promotional products distributor and evolved into a full-service agency. Over 25 years, he grew the company from 1-25 employees and watched it rank in the top 1% of all promotional distributors before he sold the business. His next enterprise involved 15-seater “pedal-pub” bikes that were used for pub crawls, celebrating special events, and corporate team-building. After seven years, Steve sold the business and started a corporate team building/training company. Working with teams of 8-100 to encourage staff bonding, he taught groups key lessons in collaboration and communication. When Covid hit, the business closed, and he pivoted again.
