Relationship Managers build and foster their network in pursuit of meeting business owners we can help. They then schedule these owners to sit down with one of our experienced advisors for a free advising session. This is done through prospecting activities like attending and facilitating networking events, connector coffees, organizing speaking opportunities and creating strategic partnerships. About 75% of time is spent prospecting and 25% of time is spent having initial phone calls with these small business owners to set them up for a free advising session so they can experience our advising in action.
